API Terms & Conditions

1. Access & License

API access is granted only to active subscribers with a valid API key. License is non-transferable and restricted to the registered customer use case.

2. Permitted Use

• Display of market prices in your app/website for end users.
• Internal business use for dashboards and analytics.
• Integration only within your approved product scope.

3. Restrictions

• No resale, redistribution, or sublicensing of raw API data.
• No sharing of API keys publicly or with unauthorized parties.
• No abuse, scraping loops, or activity that harms API stability.

4. Data Source & Accuracy

Data is provided through integrated market-data vendor infrastructure and may include delay, interruption, or third-party inconsistencies. Use at your own risk.

5. Service Availability

We aim for high uptime, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Planned maintenance or upstream outages may impact data updates.

6. Billing & Suspension

Access is tied to plan validity. Expired or unpaid subscriptions may be suspended. Abusive usage or policy violations may result in key revocation.

7. Liability

We are not liable for trading losses, business loss, or indirect damages arising from API usage, downtime, or data variance.

8. Changes to Terms

Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued usage after updates means acceptance of revised terms.
