Access & License

API access is granted exclusively to active subscribers holding a valid, unexpired API key. The license is personal, non-transferable, and restricted to the registered customer and their approved product or platform.

Each API key is issued per client and must not be shared with, sold to, or used by any third party. Any misuse of a shared or leaked key is the sole responsibility of the key holder.

Subscription Plans & Monthly Hit Caps

Access to the API is governed by a monthly subscription plan. Each plan defines the maximum number of API calls (hits) permitted per calendar month per API key.

Hit Cap Policy & Monthly Reset

Each API key is allowed a fixed number of API calls per calendar month as defined by its assigned plan. Once the monthly hit cap is reached, all further API requests using that key will be blocked and will return an error response until the cap resets.

• The monthly hit counter resets automatically on the 1st of every calendar month (IST).
• Unused hits from one month do not carry over to the next month.
• Every API response includes monthly_cap, monthly_hits_used, and monthly_hits_remaining so clients can monitor their usage in real time.
• We are not responsible for service disruption caused by a client exhausting their monthly cap.
• To increase your monthly limit, upgrade to a higher plan before the cap is reached.

Permitted Use

• Display of live or near-live gold and silver market prices within your application, website, or display board.
• Internal business dashboards, analytics, and operational tooling.
• Integration within your registered and approved product only.
• Use limited to the territory and scope agreed upon at the time of subscription.

Restrictions

• No resale or redistribution of raw API data, responses, or derived feeds to third parties.
• No sublicensing — you may not grant access to the API or your API key to any other party.
• No public exposure of your API key in client-side code, public repositories, or any accessible medium.
• No abusive polling — automated loops designed to exhaust caps, stress the infrastructure, or bypass rate limits are strictly prohibited.
• No financial advice — data from this API must not be presented as certified financial or investment advice.
• No reverse engineering of the API infrastructure, data sources, or delivery mechanism.

API Key Validity & Expiry

Each API key is issued with an expiry date corresponding to the duration of the paid subscription. Requests made using an expired key will be rejected automatically.

• It is the subscriber's responsibility to renew the subscription before the key expires to ensure uninterrupted service.
• Expired keys are not automatically renewed. A new payment must be made to extend access.
• Keys revoked due to policy violations will not be reinstated.

Payment, Billing & GST

All subscriptions are prepaid and billed monthly. Access is activated upon successful payment confirmation.

• Prices are quoted exclusive of GST. 18% GST is applicable on all transactions as per Indian law.
• Payments are processed through our payment partner. We do not store card or banking details.
• Subscriptions are not auto-renewed. Renewal must be initiated by the subscriber before expiry.
• In case of payment failure, access may be suspended until payment is confirmed.

Refund Policy

All payments made for API subscriptions are non-refundable once access has been activated and the API key has been issued.

• If a key was never activated or no API calls were made, a refund request may be raised within 24 hours of payment and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
• Partial refunds for unused days or unused hits within an active subscription period are not provided.
• Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment source.

Data Source & Accuracy

Market data is sourced through integrated third-party vendor infrastructure. While we strive for accuracy and low latency, we do not guarantee that the data is error-free, complete, or suitable for any particular financial purpose.

• Data may experience delays, interruptions, or inconsistencies due to upstream vendor issues.
• Prices shown are indicative and should not be used as the sole basis for any trade, transaction, or investment decision.
• We reserve the right to switch data sources to maintain quality and availability.

Service Availability & Uptime

We aim to maintain high availability of the API infrastructure. However, 100% uninterrupted uptime is not guaranteed.

• Planned maintenance, upstream vendor outages, or infrastructure events may temporarily impact service.
• We will make reasonable efforts to communicate planned downtime in advance.
• Downtime or data unavailability does not entitle the subscriber to a refund or credit unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Intellectual Property

All API infrastructure, endpoints, documentation, and underlying technology are the exclusive intellectual property of the service provider. Subscribers are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to access and use the API output solely for the purposes defined in these terms.

The raw data returned by the API remains the property of the respective upstream data vendors and is subject to their terms of use.

Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate API access without prior notice in the following cases:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Abusive, fraudulent, or harmful usage patterns.
• Non-payment or payment reversal.
• Sharing, reselling, or leaking of the API key.

Terminated accounts are not eligible for refunds for the remaining subscription period.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service provider shall not be liable for:

• Financial losses, trading losses, or business losses arising from API usage or data inaccuracy.
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any nature.
• Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity due to service downtime or key expiry.

The total aggregate liability of the provider under these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by the subscriber in the immediately preceding calendar month.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the API after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

It is the subscriber's responsibility to review these terms periodically.
